Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

8U Skills & Full Ice Scrimmage

<h1>Mavericks HC – No Refund Policy</h1> Effective Date: [Insert Effective Date] Program: Mavericks HC 8U Skills & Scrimmage Program At Mavericks HC, we are committed to delivering a high-quality, development-focused hockey experience for all participants. Due to the nature of our programming, planning, and limited roster spots, all payments made toward participation in the 8U Skills & Scrimmage Program are non-refundable. <ol> <li>No Refunds for Withdrawal: Once a player is registered and payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal from the program, regardless of the reason (e.g., schedule conflicts, loss of interest, personal reasons).</li> <li>No Refunds for Missed Sessions: Refunds will not be provided for any missed practices, scrimmages, or events due to illness, injury, vacations, inclement weather, or other personal matters.</li> <li>Injury or Medical Situations: In the event of a long-term injury or serious medical condition, a prorated credit may be considered at the sole discretion of Mavericks HC and must be requested in writing with supporting documentation (e.g., doctor’s note). This credit may only be applied to future Mavericks HC programming.</li> <li>Program Changes or Cancellations: Mavericks HC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel elements of the program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, coach availability, weather). In such cases, every effort will be made to provide make-up sessions, but no refunds will be issued.</li> <li>Acceptance of Policy: By completing registration, the parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this No Refund Policy as a condition of participation in the program.</li> </ol>

Drop-Ins

There will be no refunds for drop in sessions.

Tournament Teams

NO REFUND POLICY STATEMENT 1. All player registration fees for Mavericks Hockey Club tournaments are non-refundable. 2. No refunds will be issued for: • Player withdrawal • Injury or illness • Schedule conflicts • Travel issues • Tournament cancellations • Weather-related issues 3. Player Acknowledgment: • By registering for a Mavericks Hockey Club tournament, you agree to this no-refund policy • Registration fees are final once payment is processed • No exceptions will be made to this policy 4. Tournament Cancellation: • If Mavericks Hockey Club cancels a tournament, players may receive credit toward a future tournament • Cash refunds will not be provided
